I have been in the real estate industry since 1983. I became a Broker Associate in 1985 here in Oklahoma. I was with a small independent company until 1990 when we merged our firm in Owasso, Oklahoma with Gordona Duca Realtors. I became the manager for the Owasso Branch of Gordona Duca Realtors until a promotion in 1992. I then became the Director of Recruiting and Training until I had the amazing opportunity to become a part of Keller Williams Realty in the Tulsa Area. I was offered this opportunity by Sherry Lewis, Operating Principal and Regional Director of the Oklahoma Region. We opened an Owasso Franchise in 1996 with 8 associates. We now have 2 locations, Owasso and Claremore and have 175 associates total and growing. Keller Williams Premier continues to hold the top spot in market share in the area. I have been a MAPS Coach for 10 years. I was an active Team Leader and obtained Team leader Hall of Fame and became an OP. I am a major investor partner in three Market Centers.

Ten years ago I was given the opportunity to expand and grow myself personally through MAPS Coaching. Mega Achievement Productivity Systems. I am now FULL time as a Leadership Coach and it has become my daily passion.

Past experience led me to opportunity to become an Operating Partner in the Greater Heartland Region of Keller Williams Realty and we opened the Des Moines Iowa Market Center this year. Such an amazing area with such huge expansion. Since then, the opportunity to become an investor partner in Oklahoma City's Platinum Market Center has been added. We are well on our way there in huge growth. Member of the Team Leader of Hall of Fame and hold the Black Belt award.
